Reservation/Deposit
The Reservation/Deposit of said property is made subject to seller approval and said deposit will be refunded in full in the event of disapproval by depositor or seller. In the event of purchase, said deposit will be applied towards the down payment, also acknowledging that said deposit is transferrable to other parcels subject to availability.
This Reservation/Deposit is subject to Depositors seven (7) day Rescission Period from the date of your Reservation/Deposit receipt.
Your Reservation/Deposit is 100% refundable.
You may exercise this right without giving any reason for your action and without any penalty or obligation by notifying us and completing this form
Down Payment
If you entered into an Agreement to Purchase or Lease an interest in the land, you have a legal right to rescind (cancel) the agreement and to the return of any money or other consideration that you have given toward the purchase or lease until midnight of the 7th Calendar day following the day you execute the contract to purchase or lease. If you cancel within this rescission period, you may exercise the right to cancel without giving any reason for your action and without any penalty or obligation by notifying us and completing this form
Request a Refund
To complete your refund request, please send us a message at info@pacificstatesland.com
Once your request is received by Pacific States Land Company, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.
Receive your Refund
Depending on the original method of payment, you will receive your refund in the same manner.
